Our Central Heights Food Bank is a blessing to our church and community families. The monthly hamper brings help, nutrition and care to those in need.
In addition to the basic staples we pack into our food hampers, these are the items we need the most on a regular basis:
Laundry/washing machine pods
White Sugar
Oil (500ml from Dollarama)
Rice
Shampoo/Conditioner
Toilet paper
Dishwasher pods
