ministries griefshare

It hurts to lose someone. Find help at GriefShare.

GriefShare is a friendly, caring group of people who will walk alongside you through one of life’s most difficult experiences. You don’t have to go through the grieving process alone.

Coming Sept 5, 2023 - 13 week course

We meet weekly at 7pm in Room 1113 at Central Heights (enter through the south doors).

Sept 5 through Dec 5, 2023

Cost (per 13-week course): $30 includes workbook and refreshments

This ministry is directed by Dave Graham, Carol Loewen and Helena Weltz and facilitated by people who have also suffered and healed from the loss of their own loved ones. It addresses the journey through mourning to joy for those who are coping with loss.

The course material, plus the support of those within the group who have also suffered loss, makes this a safe environment for you to share the pain, concerns, and hopes you have for the future.

“You need other people to listen to you, to validate you, to encourage you, to be there through this time.” Dr. Jim Conway, GriefShare program contributor
