In stepping into this role, you are a leader, both on and off stage. At Central Heights, we desire leaders that work together, are committed to one another and to the pursuit of excellence. As a regular team member you will be scheduled approximately once per month. As a substitute leader, we ask that you make yourself available on a regular basis. I will do my best to be available on a regular basis to fill in (subs), or to keep my once per month commitment if I am scheduled as part of team. If I am unable to serve on my team’s scheduled date, I will notify my team leader and the worship department and work together with them to find a replacement for myself. Effective communication is a high value at Central Heights. As such, I will respond to emails from the Worship Department as soon as I can. I will work together with my team members, striving to be committed and pursue excellence. I will be a worshiper, both on and off stage. I will review the songs on Planning Center and practice prior to the scheduled practice. Before we can lead others, we need to lead ourselves in relationship with God. With that in mind, I will intentionally pursue my relationship with the Lord. I will make every effort to be at practice ahead of time to set up, pray and be ready to rehearse at the start time.
