Our Vision
At Central Heights Youth, we want to disciple the next generation to experience and embody Christ. We seek to live as oaks of righteousness for the display of God’s splendor, and we seek to walk with our students as they learn to do the same.

LIFEGROUP LEADER
Three words: You’re the pastor.
More words: The LifeGroup Leader supports the relational, spiritual, and leadership development of students. They will (1) serve as the hands and feet of ministry in Central Heights Youth, (2) embody the culture of Central Heights Youth, and (3) disciple students to experience and embody Christ.

MEDIA COORDINATOR
The media coordinator will oversee and advance Central Heights Youth’s use of visual arts. They will be responsible for content creation that (1) celebrates God’s work, (2) provokes momentum/excitement, and (3) embodies the culture of Central Heights Youth.

Events Director
The Events Director creates unforgettable shared experiences to promote relational disciple making. They will (1) raise up student leaders, (2) oversee fun, event-based community building, (3) facilitate the invitation and integration of new students, and (4) delegate tasks to the Aux team when needed.

Role Description: Events Director
Auxiliary Leader
The Auxiliary (Aux) Leader is a support team member who helps facilitate the programming for Central Heights Youth. Their role is (1) to help in practical ways in order to free up the Youth Pastor and LifeGroup Leaders to focus on discipleship and (2) to contribute positively to the culture of Central Heights Youth by building relationships with the students and other team members.
