Before proceeding with the Membership Application form, please read the Membership Agreement and the MB Confession of Faith (Digest Edition). There will be a place at the bottom of the Application to indicate that you have read and agreed to these documents. * If you have questions before you can agree to this, please contact Pastor Lyndon.

Meet with a Central Heights Elder to discuss your decision to become a member.
