The Way Forward

Without a roadmap to turn our vision and convictions into living realities within our community, the risk of mission drift will increase. A strategic plan serves as the roadmap, helping us stay focused on the mission God has entrusted to us:

To see revival across the valley.

(Isaiah 61:11)

 the way forward

We’ve identified three priority areas to chart the way forward and keep the mission at the forefront:

CONVICTION 01 | DELIGHT IN JESUS

We will delight in Jesus by saturating our lives with Scripture and cultivating a culture of unrelenting prayer and worship.

‘I delight greatly in the LORD.’
(Isaiah 61:10)

TARGET GOAL - By December 2028 we will have spent 15,000 hours of prayer as a church.

CONVICTION 02 | DISCIPLESHIP TO JESUS

We will align our lives with God’s truth by reading Scripture and growing in our openness to the ongoing activity of the Spirit of God, so we can become like Jesus.

‘They will be called oaks of righteousness.’
(Isaiah 61:3)

TARGET GOAL - By December 2028 we will have trained and released 100 new leaders into ministry and mission.

CONVICTION 03 | DEDICATED TO THE MISSION OF JESUS

We will join Jesus in his mission to restore all that’s been ruined by evil and injustice, one life and one meal at a time.

‘They will renew the ruined cities.’
(Isaiah 61:10)

TARGET GOAL - By December 2028 we will have hosted 400 different meals with those who don’t know Jesus yet.
