serve the city

When we serve, something happens. Lives are changed. People are cared for. Hope returns. Cities flourish. And we get to be a part of that by bringing the love of Jesus into people’s lives through practical acts of service. While we’ve had ‘Serve the City Week’ before, it wasn’t just about a week but about a culture of ‘being the church’ in our city, together.

Come, serve the city with us.

want to serve? there are two ways.

use your network, leverage your resources

Ask: ‘what do people in my life or my neighbourhood need?’ And, ‘what can my group do about it?’ Then, go and serve in that way together.

engage with our partners

We partner with local organizations who are already on the front lines caring for people in the city. Once you find an opportunity you like, sign up using the buttons provided and we’ll contact you with next steps.

Engage in prayer from the comfort of your own home or get out into the city for a prayer walk as a group, either on your own or with one of our guided resources.

Creatively encourage someone in your network or those who are on the front lines in our community (ex. police officers, health care workers, teachers).
