All donations/payments are in Canadian dollars.
Any data collected during the giving process is accessible by our financial team for recordkeeping and tax receipting purposes. Central Heights Church does not share donor information with any other parties. Personal information is collected only for ministry purposes. By providing your personal information during the giving/payment process, you consent to have Central Heights Church record your information for receipting and ministry purposes.
At any time, you may update the personal information Central Heights Church has on record for you by contacting us.
Tax receipts for receiptable donations are issued according to Canada Revenue Agency guidelines at the end of each year and mailed in February. Please contact us if you did not receive your receipt.
To change or cancel a recurring payment, please contact our administrative staff or by calling 604.852.1001. Changes may take up to 10 business days to process.
Spending of funds is confined to church board-approved programs and projects. Each restricted contribution designated toward such an approved program or project will be used as designated with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason determined by the organization, the remaining restricted contributions will be used where needed most. Central Heights Church is grateful for your contribution and we want to remain faithful to our Vision and will accept your generosity. However, when designated funds fall outside of our mandate or ministry plans we reserve the right to re-distribute the funds to meet our budget requirements.
